Hello and thank you for your interest in my art. I am committed to creating a joyful experience for all of my customers. And that includes shopping on my website. If at any time you have any questions or concerns, please contact me and I'll do my best to answer or address them! You can also visit my FAQs where I answer a lot of common questions from my customers.

Security and Payment Options:

My website is powered by Squarespace and my shop securely receives payments through Stripe allowing me to accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Apple Pay. Customers also have the option to check out with Paypal and Afterpay.

Shipping:

I'll ship your order within 1-3 business days of purchase. Each of my orders is lovingly wrapped and sent with a handwritten note. If you want me to include a gift message with a gift order, please let me know in the "Additional Information" section upon checkout.

I package your order so that it will arrive safely at your door. I may use a box, a sturdy mailer, a rigid backing in an envelope or another method that works best to protect your art.

I ship with the U.S. Postal Service and UPS, choosing the best option for fast, secure and economical shipping. You’ll receive an email confirmation when the package has shipped. Packages are shipped with insurance.

I ship to Canada but am no longer shipping worldwide due to high shipping costs and lost packages.

If you’re local, I can arrange for a pick-up or drop-off of your artwork. Contact me for details.

Every order is lovingly Gift Wrapped and Sent with a Handwritten Note

Returns:

I want you to be delighted with your purchase and for my art to bring you joy on a daily basis. If you are not happy with your piece, please contact me within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once I receive the return I will process the refund of the purchase price. Art must arrive in good condition. I recommend purchasing insurance for your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Due to the personal nature of commissioned art, I cannot accept returns on custom pieces.

If your piece arrived damaged, please contact me immediately.

 

Privacy Policy:

I respect your privacy. 

When you purchase from my shop, your private information is protected by the secure Squarespace servers which host my site and by the secure servers of Stripe and Paypal, the companies which processes your payment.

Additionally, if you sign up for my newsletter be assured that your email address will never be used for anything other than email newsletter correspondence.
