This archival watercolor print reproduces my original watercolor painting of plants from my kitchen garden. It includes a walking onion, blue viola and vining snap pea with pink flowers.

The walking onion, also called Egyptian walking onion is an unusual plant. It forms its bulbs on top where it flowers. I enjoy growing it in my garden and had such fun painting it. Violas and peas are beautiful garden neighbors and round out the composition nicely.

I take great care with the whole print-making process, from scanning the image to resizing it to checking the colors and printing test prints, it's a long process that yields a beautiful result. The velvet fine art paper is textured and matte made from 100% cotton fibers. The texture is somewhere between that of cold pressed and hot pressed watercolor paper, a little less tooth than the former and a little more tooth than the latter. It reproduces my paintings beautifully.

Print measures 8 inches by 10 inches.

Print is signed with my initials.
