Watercolor Red and White Amaryllis Print

Watercolor Red and White Amaryllis Print
This archival fine art print depicts a dramatically patterned red and white amaryllis bulb growing up from a clay pot. It's a reproduction of my original watercolor painting. There are four open flowers on one stem and four strap-like green leaves.
The amaryllis is one of the most dramatic plants you can grow in your home. Place a bulb in a pot, give it some water and you can sit back and watch the show as a flower bud and leaves shoot up from the ground. It’s a joyful reminder that winter will not last forever.
Framed and hung in your home this painting will add a splash of color and joy to your walls and remind you of the hope that comes from flowers blooming in the depths of winter.
I take great care with the whole print-making process, from scanning the image to resizing it to checking the colors and printing test prints, it's a long process that yields a beautiful result. The watercolor paper I use is textured and matte made from 100% cotton fibers. The texture is somewhere between that of cold pressed and hot pressed watercolor paper, a little less tooth than the former and a little more tooth than the latter. It reproduces my paintings beautifully.
The prints measure 4 inches by 6 inches, 5 inches by 7 inches or 8 inches by 10 inches and are ready to be framed.
Every order is lovingly gift wrapped with a handwritten note. You can see examples in the last two photos.
Print is signed with my initials.
Note: Image copyright and reproduction rights are not included with the prints.
Print is unframed and not matted.
